About us 

AC İstanbul International Auditing Company was established in May 2005, provides auditing, tax, corporate finance and management consultancy services to the local and international companies. 
Two of our partners worked at Capital Market Board (SPK) for 11 years individually, which is the only authority for capital markets, both having had successful careers as senior inspectors. Later, they became top-ranking officer at several companies and partner at auditing firms.  Other partners have audit experience in domestic and international audit works for several years, performed auditing of accounts and tax practices. Our partners have experience auditing of public and nonpublic companies. 
We already audit our customers’ financial statements according to SPK regulations, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and US GAAP. We also provides tax audit, company valuation, merge and acquisition and due diligence services. 
We aim to approach to our clients with global perspective at all field related to our operations and contribute their strategic management process by considering their possible risk and their profitibility.

Atilla ZAİMOĞLU
After graduating Faculty of Business Administration in 1981, Mr. Zaimoğlu joined the Capital Market Board in 1983 and he worked there until 1994. After leaving the Capital Market Board when he was head officer, he worked as a General Manager at marketable securities companies until 1999.
During 1999- 2005, he worked at an international auditing firm as a managing partner. He is the Chairman and founding partner of AC İstanbul Uluslararası Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş.
He attended to researches related to Capital Markets in United States of America, England and Japan at various times.

Cemal ÖZTÜRK
After graduating Faculty of Political Science in 1982, he joined the Capital Market Board in 1983 and he worked there until 1995. After leaving the Capital Market Board when he was head officer, he worked as a General Manager at marketable securities companies until 1999.
During 1999- 2005, he worked at an international auditing firm as a managing partner. He is among the founding partners AC İstanbul Uluslararası Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş.
In 1989, when he was working at Capital Market Board, he attended to researches about marketable securities legislation at European Union Commission in Bruksel.
He has master degree about Europe Economy at Bruksel University Europe Research Institute.

TAHİR ÇINAR
After graduating Faculty of Business Administration, he worked at international auditing companies between years of 1996 and 2003. He has experience auditing in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Capital Market Board regulations and tax audit. He has master degree from Marmara University.
Since year of 2003, as a founding partner at an auditing company, he performed audit works, valuation and other services under Law 3568.
He is among the founding partners of AC İstanbul Uluslararası Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. and he is a Certified Public Accountant.

ALİ TÜRKER PİRTİNİ
After completing his secundary education at Kabataş High School , Mr. Pirtini graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration of Marmara University in 1997. He completed his master for business administration. During his career at international audit company for seven years, he attended to many audit works done under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Capital Market Board and tax authority regulations.
Having experience for auditing of the companies operate in manufacturing and service, Mr.Pirtini consulted to public sector for privatization and attended to seminars and educations as a lecturer. His articles more than 20 was published at various professional magazines and he has a thesis about audit. He also writes at professional internet sites about taxation.
Mr Pirtini is among the founding partners of AC İstanbul Uluslararası Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
